In original condition, the plane will require only very light cosmetic restoration to bring it back to pristine condition.<\/p>\n<p>The cutting edge is in good condition with plenty of life left in the iron.<\/p>\n<p>There are two very small tapped screw holes in the left cheek of the plane made by the previous owner (as shown) to provide the option of using a fence. The holes do not go all the way through the cheeks and could be easily filled with metal epoxy, if desired.<\/p>\n<h2>More About This Tool<\/h2>\n<p>Probably manufactured in the 1960&#8217;s. Comes with original Stanley box in good condition.
